Advancing into Single Handicap
Advancing into Single Handicap through Creativity is part of the game in Golf. What is that flop shot and do you really need it? Have you tried punching your #5 iron 80m? Do you need to putt in the bunker, or chip on the green? Is my ball shape hurting me, when should I play a fade or draw? Am I nervous to break my best score? Play in amateur competitions or league games. Join Coach Jun and be creative on the golf course!
The focus of Elite Golf Lessons will be Creativity and small adjustments or no adjustments to your Golf Swing. Your Golf Pro will look at your game, gather statistics of your game and plan a holistic approach to help improve your game. As with all Jun's Academy Golf Lessons, slow motion video recording will be used to monitor improvements.
Who should take up Elite Golf Lessons?
Players who want to improve their score on the Golf Course, consistently play in the Single Handicap zone. Players who have experienced the anxiety and nervousness to break your best score on the Golf Course Game Play. It is also targeted at Golfers who are suffering from a certain part of your game, i.e. short game, long game, etc. Students will learn to break their best score through scenario based learning. Students must hold a Handicap (12 to 18) to attend the Elite Golf Lessons. You are considered a high level player if you are reading this.
After attending this course, students will be confident to execute various type of shots which may seems easy, tough, dull or creative to others. Students will gain confident in the weak part of his or her game. And achieve to break your next best score with great confidence!
Are you ready for Elite Golf Lessons?
A detailed player progress interview, test and chat will conducted by your Golf Pro. At the end of the session, the Golf Pro will be able to identify your areas that requires improvement. Students equipment (including golf balls and grips) will be accessed and recommendations will be provided to the Students. Warm ups and cool down exercises will be discussed before the start of your elite golf lesson. For Elite Golf Lessons, Swing Analysis will be carried out whenever required.
Elite Golf Lesson Structure and Details
Understanding Putting and Chipping on various Stimp
The lesson will start out on the Short Game area. Your Golf Pro will explain the Putting Green in great detail. Stimp will be discussed and this will help Students understand different Green Speed and how to attack the Greens (closely mow, sandy, rainy wet, etc.). Students will be able to select the correct techniques to play the putter and wedges around the Green. Students will also get to learn more about Golf Equipment, the pro and cons of various equipment and setup.
Ball Shaping, Trajectory and Golf Mental
This lesson will be conducted at the Driving Range. The student and Golf Pro will discuss more about Ball Shaping and Trajectory Control. Techniques and Shot Selection based on Course Layouts and Wind Conditions will be discussed. Students will also learnt their own unique mental part of the Golf game. Why and how to consistently execute Good Shots on the Golf Course.
Pre-shot Routine
After understanding more about techniques and shot selection from the previous lessons, students will now beat the Golf Course. Build a Solid Pre-shot Routine, learn to play your best round and break your best score even when your game is not at the tip top condition. You will learn more about adjusting your Golf Game and always achieving consistent score in this lesson. The key in this session is, "What in Pre-shot Routine do you have to note?".
On the Golf Course
Your Golf Pro will follow you on the Golf Course and monitor your play, shot selection and execution. The Coach my demonstrate any part of the shots which the Students may be unsure or not confident. Students will be able to learn different shot making from short game to long game. There is always more than one available shot selection. Students will better understand the importance of Course Management, Placement and Short Selection. Statistic will be gathered for review and future improvements.
